Learning in Practice

Learning in Practice is the foundation to our approach and it informs everything we do. But what is it? What is special about it? Why do we believe that it's a more effective way of developing managers and leaders?

Leaders, Knowledge and Action

Fundamentally, managers and leaders must get things done. Action is at the heart of what they do. To help them they have the "management toolkit" - the body of knowledge that provides models, principles, tools, concepts and frameworks.
