commoditization, digitization, globalization, acceleration, and social media.) - Examples of leading business model innovators across the economy, in companies
in industrial settings, technology, consumer goods, retail, energy, and government. - How to lead business model innovation design teams to come up with the best ideas
and transform the ideas into effective action plans.

Learning in Practice – applying learning to your organization through:
- Detailed scenario work on the importance and impact of innovation in your own
organization. - Diagnosis of your existing business model and exploration of its strengths and
