Consortia
Sharing people development
Consortia bring organizations together to co-create custom development opportunities for their people.
Typically, consortia are comprised of 5 or 6 organizations that share a common view on corporate education and learning, but come from non-competing industries. Usually, they are domiciled in different countries, too. Each member organization provides a small team of participants.
For participants, the added value comes from the shared learning experience across sectors, functions and cultures. For organizations, consortia provide a cost-effective custom solution without the need for large groups.
Consortia are flexible. They can be designed for any level of seniority, located anywhere in the world, and adopt any learning approach.
